I needed the DiSC for my leadership class and ordered at the last minute. Ordering was easy. Resources Unlimited got back to me right away and provided reports as soon as people completed them.

I would appreciate more resources and more trainer support. Added webinars would be helpful and insights to how DiSC can be applied to the workplace. I think you're doing a good job, I just want and expect more.

Excellent training! Very knowledgeable trainer. Once you are certified and use the company for administering your DISC assessments, they are very responsible to all requests, questions and issues. My contact, Alicia, is the best! She provides immediate response to my business needs and makes sure I have everything I need, when I need it. When I have had the occasion to work other employees of Resources Unlimited, they have been just as responsive. Best customer service of any company I have dealt with.
