Good product. Good service!

I ordered tart shells and 65% were damaged and not usable. I tried to get some delivered but got a store credit for 55% of them. They stated policy is that there is an expectation of 10% damage so therefore I got 55% store credit. Just doesn’t seem right that if I order these shells again I should expect 10% to be damaged….not pleased with this.

I ordered pink cups for valentines day and they still have not been recieved and it is almost valentines day. I wasted money on cups I can not use now...

Excellent tart shells

We are new customer to Restaurantware. I ordered some samples, they offer a very generous sample policy. Received everything quickly so I could make my choices. Thank you.

I had really high expectations, however... The wide-mouth bottom cap was great for loading, but the cap would not tighten fully -- It would just snap off and come 'undone'. The same for the top cap. Additionally, the top cap would 'fly off' when shaking the stuff toward the dispensing hole, or it would just 'pop off' when dispensing the product (while squeezing the bottle). I bought two -- They were both trash. ...which is where they currently reside.

I am the administrator for the Lansdale Chapter of Cookies for Caregivers. We are a group of bakers that bake cookies and deliver them to frontline workers. I needed bags to put cookies in and I came across Restaurantware. I found cookie bags there. They are so cute! The selection was really nice and my order came quickly. The price was even better. We are a group of volunteers and the cost of items is very important to us. I will most definitely use Restaurantware again.
