So far so good, first experience.

I had a great experience my first time sending inventory. The team is responsive and friendly, the directions for packing and shipping were easy, and overall, it's positive. The app is difficult to use with the scanner not always working effectively and at first I wasn't clear on what they'd accepted when using the phone app. It's also challenging to find inventory they're willing to take sometimes. I'll continue to send to Restricted Inventory as I keep selling books as a side hustle while in school. In many ways, it's much easier and less hassle than sending to Amazon and selling FBA, despite having to split the profits with RI.
