If you have a deadline to turn in a professionally written resume, don't use RPW. They are slow as heck, produce shoddy quality, and take 2-3 days for every revision, and sometimes they don't fully read the revision requests you make. As a $270 customer, I got treated this way. I have used other writing services and RPW was probably the worst I've used.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the experience you had with our service, Roger. The writer assigned to you was already reprimanded by the management. One of our support staff will call you to address the issues you have with your resume package. We do hope for your cooperation on this matter.
