I detest this app. I booked an inside table and when I arrived they said they only had outside and had no notification that I booked inside. Today, I made a reservation and then got an email several hours later (from google - ????) saying my reservation was cancelled. What???? I called the restaurant and it indeed was cancelled. I had to re-book it on the phone. Call the restaurant, don't waste your time with this awful app. Oh, and they conveniently no longer have a chat feature. No customer service whatsoever. HORRIBLE APP.

Absolutely imbecilic "reservation" platform. Denies login, does not accept the reset code it sends you, fails every attempt to reset the password on the account: a total joke. Restaurants are missing out on reservations due to this incompetent site.

I would give a negative star rating, but that isn't available. Got charged for 1 reservation when I wanted 2. Clicked the back button and changed it. I then get an email confirming the 1 reservation. Then I received another email verifying the reservation for 2. There is a no refund policy. What makes me angry there was no prompt to continue to make the reservation! No clear message about the no refund policy. Will Never Ever use this site again! Pure trash! I now have 3 reservations to the Wayside Inn, in Sudbury, MA for June 19. For the Sock Hop event. Because of this experience I don't want to go. I am now out $195!!! This is ridiculous! Predatory behavior!!! Will never go to the Wayside Inn again!

If you register with telephone they always write automatically after the country a 0. if you register with e-mail no code is coming. How can company’s work with Resy ?

When trying to deal with an issue, you will just get sent around to different associates who don’t read your email and send you back to the original help center email address. I’m deleting my account

This app SUCKS. It forces you to seek reservations weeks in advance, only to charge you if you have a chance in plans. The whole concept is a scam. There's never any proof of how many available reservations a restaurant has, if any.

just tried to make a reservation at Papa Haydn in Portland OR, but it never sent the phone verification. I waited 5 minutes and tried a second time and then a third and then decided to go somewhere that uses OpenTable. At least the one works.
