Thank you Jeff for your honest review. I understand it is difficult to get an ideal impression but it is necessary to make a well fitting retainer. Just to clarify, you did not have to order another kit, just more putty because you used all the initial putty that was included in the kit. When you take your new impression you can send us photos to verify it will work. That will save time and money. I am an orthodontist and don't claim to be better than going to your orthodontist. I am simply another option that is often less expensive and does not require an office visit. Darren
