Service was great! It took a while to get my retainers back, but they fit pretty well and for the price you can't beat this service!

The process was easy. I had to redo my bottom impression which required me to purchase extra putty and pay for postage of the return, but that was communicated during the initial purchase so it wasn't a surprise. The only part I was confused on was that they write you can send all of your attempts, but you only have the one tray that you are supposed to keep the impression in the tray when you mail it. I ended up pulling one attempt out of the tray and sending it along with my attempt that I left in the tray.

So easy and fast! Way cheaper than the orthodontist! Love the personal written note that came with the retainer. Very good experience and highly recommend!

Incredible Service - good fit - WAY more affordable! Dog got ahold of daughter's upper just 2 months in and paying $200+ for a replacement from the orthodontist wasn't in our budget. When the initial trays were too big, we received a smaller one and then sent pictures and talked on the phone with Retainers Direct doctor to insure the best mold possible. New new one arrived same week as we sent in the impressions and fits wonderfully. AMAZING patience and understanding on their part made a terrific replacement.

I ordered the retainer kit but decided to return it, my refund was quick. I decided to return it because I decided to get Invisalign first.
