Great Product Great service!

Never received the product that was paid for terrible customer service

The technician that helped me was very patient and extremely knowledgeable with assisting me to solve my connection issues.

This was a great upgrade to our older REVO system.

I took 2 days off work to try to have them get 3 add on cameras to work with the system. They tried to say it had to be my internet causing it. Never have or had the other system that I have. Have any issues adding cameras to it. So I sent them there system back. And ordered the night owl system that I no that will have no problem adding cameras to. They should be open at least on Saturday to help customers that work the same hours as them . That way customers can get help with there systems. And not have to take days off from work
