I have owned revo products since 2007. Great products -voice and video through one cat5 connection or line. There is almost no waiting time for the Call Support. They are knowledgable and helpful.

The movement notices did not work. All of a sudden and after several weeks, they start pouring in, but the connections to the camera do not work. Getting a wrong password notice, but using the same password we have all along. Technician says we cannot troubleshoot without being at the location. Reason I bought the cameras was because I am frequently not at the location. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Ought to be a way to troubleshoot from remote location and the app.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, but your issue, this has to be done at the location of the system. We have expressed this to you multiple times and unfortunately, this how this particular system is configured.

I set my DVR to Revo because it was defective right out of the box they gave me a FedEx return label to send it back to them I was towed as soon as they got it they would put a new one in a box and send it to me right away well they did not do that in fact when I called them they said later on today you should have a tracking number that never happened so I called the next day The guy says it is in the warehouse on a pallet waiting for FedEx to grab it you will have a tracking number later this evening that never happened so what’s the story here? Is Revo playing a game I am without my video surveillance system because they failed to do as I said they were going to do Russell Chadwell Decatur Illinois

Hello Mr. Chadwell. We do apologize for the turn around time, but your item was delivered to our Facility 2/18/2020 and we initially stated that the turn around time would be 3-4 business days. Your item has been processed to ship 2/21/2020 with Tracking # 390550691360. We do apologize that the turn around may have not been quick enough , but we strive to check and make sure any equipment sent in is up to our standards before shipping. Again we apologize.

Loud nvr fan noise. They originally built me a system with better fans but then they had to exchange the unit due to some issues. I inquired about the fans on the replacement unit and all they did was ignore my request. When they sell you a $2k system they are very helpful however on the back side you dont exist.
