Eric was very helpful to help me get my Van. They gave a nice exchange rate for my Volvo and offered a nice CPO deal. Quick and convenient. Thanks Rick Case.

very bad experience, everything is deception, I had never done my maintenance on my lease at rick case honda in Davie because it is far from where I live which is miami, they told me that my first maintenance would be free, THING that was a lie, my recovery that are pending they did not update me either, my worst day, the customer service is terrible, anyway I am not satisfied, I will never go to the Rick case Honda Davie again

Pleasantly surprised! There was little to no anxiety as the process progressed, from evaluating trade in, down payment, new car value. There was an honest back and forth about expectations, factors and value. Shaher Husein was incredibly professional and informative!
