I have to say I had an excellent Experience at Rick case. Originally, I was a little concerned As I was getting calls from my previous dealership at Gunther Volkswagen and they tried to convince me that I could not have gotten the deal which I ultimately was thrilled and happy with as I had a good feeling about my salesman whose name is Gregory. Gregory has been there for me every step of the way and has done everything he can to convince me That I will not be billed for my last 2 payments as they even purchased my leased vehicle which barely add 23000 miles after 3 years. I also have wear and tear addendum, Which has nothing to do with my cells men or the dealership but has not been responsive to my calls regarding a claim I need to make on about $800 in damages which is why I purchase the policy in the 1st place. I am still waiting for a call back from them, And my salesman promised me the last 2 payments as well as whatever is own on the car will be paid off by books wagon since they purchased it. I choose to believe him as thus far he has been truly a wonderful salesman and has delivered on every promise made to me. Turning in my car with some wear and tear damage on 2 months early which I thought would be a difficult experience, Thanks to Gregory was a piece of cake or walk in the park. I cannot say enough positive things about this man who represents Rick case and would recommend and already have recommended the dealership and my salesman Gregory. He is an asset as well As a respectable positive force for good and Rick cases lucky to have him in their employ. Sometimes it feels like it's too good to be true but Gregory has gone above and beyond to make me a happy customer and day satisfied customer. He has even gone so far as to call me up when I was tired and I am living with cancer, Bird Greg after the bill was already closed still call to make sure I got home alright and was truly concerned about my health and well being. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my feelings about him and about the ric case dealership at Volkswagen. Went to Rick Case Volkswagen in Weston because my lease was coming to an end and Volkswagen Credit had email me about some terrific offers. I made an appointment with David Name and went. I was received with courtesy by David and immediately was assigned a sales consultant, Mr Mario Man-Gue. This gentleman went out of his way to help me get what I wanted in my new Passat which I’m very happy with. Then Alex, the finance officer also provided me with exceptional service, explaining all the details of the new lease. I left Rick Case Volkswagen satisfied and very happy. This is the 5th VW my family has purchased or leased from this great dealer. Never have had a bad experience with them.

Initially went there to check pricing and walked out with a great deal and vehicle.
