When you buy something and it breaks. You don't tell a customer to fix it himself. Terrible service

Covid or no Covid. Charging someone's credit card and then 3 months later and still no product refusing to refund money and cancel backorder is atrocious business practices. They deserve to be put on notice. My next stop is my credit card company. Will file a disputed transaction report.

1 of the worst experiences I've have with company. I ordered a part from there website 2 months ago and yet to receive. I have emailed remotech support 3 separate occasions and no reply U have been warned stay away.

Almost a month processing, no replies, no updates then have to pay 5% cancelation fee. Never buying a thing from them.

Good product, fast shipping, but baiting someone into a review by asking if their order was delivered is more than a little annoying. Not to mention this was the second email in two hours asking for a review.
