Although I was able to purchase the helmet at a good price point, I am frustrated with this no return policy as I ordered the identical size in the 1K defender helmet that I had previously ordered with the only difference being the new helmet includes the MIPS technology. I was disappointed to learn that despite the inclusion of the MIPS technology, one Kay has chosen to downgrade the quality of the materials for the helmet lining. The new materials for the helmet lining are thinner so my same sized helmet does not fit like my current 1K helmet. Extremely frustrated because there's no way I could know that the new helmets would not fit the same way as the identical sizing in previous years.

Hi Kathleen, thank you so much for your purchase. You purchased your helmet deeply on sale and we very clearly outline that our helmet sales are final. Upon following up with us about sizing after delivery of your helmet, we shared that sizing can be very easily adjusted in the One K by changing out the liner. As we are not the actual helmet manufacturer and don't carry any of the non-MIPS One K models, we are unable to compare differences in sizing. We continue to be at your service to help you swap out the liner in hopes of helping you achieve the perfect fit. Please don't hesitate to reach out.

Hi Holly, thank you so much for your purchase! Per your feedback about shipping, you placed your order on June 1st at 8:24 am and we were able to ship your stirrups the exact same day. We are located in North Carolina and you requested shipping to Colorado. We do ship UPS Ground, which typically takes 4-5 business days to arrive when shipping cross country. :)

Great customer support. I needed to exchange my vest for a smaller one, service was friendly and helpful with the process. They have the latest equipment and are the leaders in riders safety gear. I will be keeping them on my favorite list. Highly recommend them.
