Rishi Matcha Gyokuro is by far the best green tea with matcha combination that I have ever tasted in my 50 years of drinking green tea and enjoying my matcha latte separately. I contacted Rishi recently, and their customer service was excellent. They got back to me quickly, were genuinely kind, and made everything very easy. I also really appreciated the store credit they gave me and how simple it was to use. I used it to try the Matcha Sticks, and I’m so glad I did. They are wonderful, and I’ll definitely be ordering them again. I already enjoyed Rishi’s tea, but the way they treated me as a customer made me appreciate the company even more.

20% off first order is a SCAM! I contacted the company twice after placing an initial order and was told a coupon would be emailed. No coupons, just a bunch of ads and even text ads -- this is what I get for giving them my phone number in exchange for the fake 20% off. (And yes, I checked my spam folder). I will not be doing business with this company again, I HATE false advertising.

Cannot recommend Rishi enough. Not only do they have amazing tea products but the customer service is great. They were very responsive and helpful when my teapot got delivered and was broken, sending me a new one the same day. I recently just tried the cinnamon plum tea and it’s an intense, fruity tea that I use to curb my sweet tooth at night!
