I ordered an alligator style band and got a plain leather looking one. Bait and switch?

Really enjoyed put this watch band on my watch. Fit was great and I can see me getting years out of it.

The price was reasonable, the selection was great, shipping speed was good, the item quality is outstanding but the communication could be improved. When I checked delivery progress it kept saying arrives today.

Watch band is way too short even with The longer piece included. I have buckle on last hole. Won't buy again
Response from ritchewatchbands.com· Aug 18, 2022
Sorry that we only have standard length watch band so far.

The straps seem well made. They need more size options and a brown strap color

I cannot believe the quality for the price. Samsung should have Ritche make the bands for them!!
