Automatically opted in for a subscription, tried to cancel and was argued at by Jan in customer service… honestly one of the worst companies I’ve come across. AVOID

Literally no customer service. No phone number available.

Don’t waste your money on this company, they don’t deserve it. The customer service is basically non-existent. I’ve change residence and cannot update my address on my Home Screen. I’ve contacted customer support a few times and they said it was fixed, no it’s not. Now I have a shipment going to a house 4 hours away, and of course you never get a quick response from them, nor is there a phone number to call. Save yourself the headache go with another company.

Good product but terrible customer service. They just want to keep you on auto pay and if you need the order delivered at a different date they don’t care and barely respond to your emails.

Awful company, they sign you up to repeated monthly subscription with no way to cancel! I have tried, and money still keeps going out. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Just hunting for a place to share how gross these are and you can't seem to do it anywhere on Ritual's site. I've stopped taking them now, but tried for a while and just dreaded the intensity of the fish flavor and burps - made extra foul because its mixed with mint :( ew. The shipping was also inconsistent which is a problem for a subscription.

Shipping is awful and the pills are not effective, I noticed no change.

I’ve had fish burps like nobody’s business. Very unimpressed. Cancelled after 4 months. The first couple months were fine but this is a joke. Terrible product!
