Professional, fast and wonderful to work with. I bought my wife a purse last minute for Christmas and they delivered. They said excellent condition but this purse could have passed as brand new in box. Every inch of the item still feels new. It’s nice when people over over deliver on expectations these days.

So you have to be super careful buying expensive bags. Tons of fakes out there. Totally trusted ritzfair. The shipping was literally like 2 days. Stunning hermes birkin 35. Box everything was included. Will not hesitate to buy again. I am a collector. So in love with my birken.
