Never received product!

Order is confirmed and then gets cancelled without any explanation.

Little presumptive to ask someone how a company did when that company has yet to perform the job they were task to do. Once my item is shipped, I will revise.

Not updated web site and bad customer service.

Drop ship. They admitted it when an item said "in stock and ships in 2 to 3 days" when purchased turned into sorry wont ship till NOVEMBER 11, 2026 and wanted me to wait. Item STILL says this after a week. They also claim the manufacturer says they will have that flatware set then but I have already spoken days before to the manufacturer to see if that set was discontinued since couldnt find it on their site and they said yes not making anymore.

i bought the piece from this site because you said it'd be here in 1 day. it hasn't even shipped yet

I placed my order 8 days ago and haven't received an update on my order. When will it ship?
