Ro gave me a promotional offer. And without authorization has been attempting to charge my card for $199 at a time. There has been no communication with me regarding the charge.

Absolutely awful, they wasted hours of my time setting up an account and then prescribing me an emergency medicine and ghosting me after they said they sent it to the pharmacy. If you genuinely need medical help do not trust ro. All they are good at is scamming money and letting sick people wait longer for their manipulation to fully set in. Was able to book a zocdoc and get a real prescription before the to scammers even bothered to reach out. Service was non existent and I'm considering reporting them for their neglect. Impossible to get timely support.

Your advertisement is $39 and then $149 per month I thought it was paying $149 a month but now I'm paying $299 to me I think that's false advertisement I'll pay $149 a month but 299 a month that's way over my budget ain't no way I can afford that I took ro because I thought it was be the perfect thing but what can you do to get me down to at least 180 a month I can do 180 a month but I just can't do 300 thank you
