You only supposed to deduct my account once a month and you decided to fill my order too fast and deducted my account twice in October and messed up my my account and with extra fees for a doctor's fee I never talk too

The company is not upfront about pricing. You have to pay the initial membership fee just to gain access to the available meds and prices. I cancelled 36 hours after realizing how expensive they are, and they won't refund my fee. Not only that, it's an AI chat; no chance to interact with a real person

Signing up and getting qualified was great. Membership and medication is outrageously expensive. No way! They go out of their way to hide the medication costs until you are in too deep

It was misleading with the first payment. You don't get the cancelation procedures of your membership until after you've received your acceptance into the program. That's when you find out that the $39 isn't towards your fist prescription. I'm sure you don't care and you've duped many of the curious customers of there money.

Shipped product I did not order. RO never asked what dosage I needed. But billed $39 (their shown promo rate) plus $299. They provide no telephone contact service. My account showed an email address that was not mine.
