Advertisement stated $99 to get started and $145 a month. I was charged $174 and when asked for them to explain was told it was because i chose the at home testing. Well of course I am doing it from home, but nowhere did it say it would cost $174. They refuse to refund the difference. Also, once insurance denied they were like you can pay the $900 _ $1200 a month to continue. Where is the $145 month option?

Easy to use, and works as quick as the chewable alternatives without tasting horrible. Couldn't have been simpler ordering or using.

Tried the service for a month, decided I didn't really need it. Over a year later after cancelling and discontinuing service they began to start putting fraudulent charges on my card I didn't authorize. $150 worth of fraudulent charges. The phone line says they are overwhelmed and can't answer the phone. Trash company.

The doctor was friendly and answered all my questions. My request to renew my prescription was responded to very quickly. The app makes communication easy.

NIGHTMARE!!! Total bait & switch. You are better off going to a doctor & getting a prescription. They do not ship out as they imply. When I figured out they were not going to deliver as they claim on their site, & keot inquiring why my order is being “held” they had already charged me & now say they don’t offer refunds?? They get you to order & pay & then don’t deliver & then won’t offer a refund. I am reporting them to BBB. Do not create an account with this company.
