Absolutely horrendous experience. I ordered something in April. Received the wrong item. They acknowledged it was the wrong items months ago but every time I email asking for my refund they say it is under review. It has been months. They acknowledged the issue so there is no reason not to refund the money. Absolutely horrendous customer service, the wrong items and they will not do anything to resolve the issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY.

Les compré un reproductor de CD PORTÁTIL CON ALTAVOCES transparente por 28 € y me llegó un lector de cd externo para portátil que no valdrá ni 10. Además yo no lo quiero para nada. En más de quince correos en más de 4 meses solicité el cambio o devolución y nunca lo hicieron. No compréis nada.

They have sent the wrong item, going by a previous review I should have expected this. I’ve contacted but don’t hold out much hope of getting a response, I will be contacting my bank for a refund. AVOID!!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a rope pulldown machine and was sent a basic pulley I could have purchased from Lowe’s or Home Depot - absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered. Completely fraudulent as a company. I have been emailing back and forth for 3 months (Apr/26 - July/26) to get a refund and all I get are buzzword filled email answers and nothing else. All I want is a refund for the money I spent, and I will review them on every platform available to say how horrible they are. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - I guarantee you’ll get screwed!!

Six weeks ago l ordered a CD Player from them but got an external DVD drive, I placed another order for the CD player but it took numerous emails for them to tell me when to my order which has just arrived after a month. But again l never got the CD player but another external DVD drive . Am waiting to hear from them what they plan to do sbout sending me the correct item

J'ai demandé un Moneyback à ma banque, de très grandes chances d'aboutir ! Voilà ce que je leur ait écrit, mais cela ne va pas les empêcher de dormir et de continuer leurs arnaques: A complete scam, Breach of trust and fraud. Roaidmy. com es una empresa para estafar a la gente. Pedi un reproductor de cd y me llego un dc/dwr externo para pc. Les escribes atención al cliente y solo saben decir que estan estudiando el caso. Estafa total. Cuidado!!!
