I guess I'll come back here every day until I get a response from Rocket (they seem to be ignoring my queries), or I finally get my 8 days over-due product. In the mean time, I recommend that one might want to shop elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret to learn about the difficulties you encountered with your delivery due to delays with the United States Postal Service. While we were able to process your order promptly, unforeseen delays with the carrier are unavoidable, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our customer service representatives have already contacted you to provide assistance with this matter. We kindly request that you review the email address on file for this account, as we have not yet received a response from you. Best, Rocket RX

I am very satisfied with the service and products of Rocket Rx. After having already used similar products offered by similar companies I can say that those other places do not compare to the experience and products offered by Rocket Rx and this is not a Bot comment it's a real actual opinion take it or leave it.
