Ordered two pairs of shoesfrom Rockport USA and they were never delivered. Waited and waited and waited and they never came.Wish I had visited Trust Pilot before I ordered.

I ordered several shoes for me and my kids. I paid at a discounted price. My credit card was charged. Nothing was delivered.

I like so many others have loved my Rockport, but after the company went bust I thought that I will nerver wear my favorite shoes. And then - there they were. On line. So I bought a new pair of Rockport. It tok a long time and many angry emails before I got... a pair of sunglasses from China! They had already taken my money for my shoes and my bank couldn´t reach the Chinese sender. Be careful out there as they said in Hill Street blues.

The shoes I purchased from Rockport online were terribly uncomfortable so I returned them. The ad said "free shipping". Typically online stores provide free returns. Not Rockport, they force you into a "Happy Return" (6.95 fee) and not only that charged me for the "free shipping and tax" and a restocking fee! What a ripoff. How do they keep customers?

I have been a loyal customer of the Rockport brand for 15 years. I have purchased 20 + pairs of shoes during this time. I have never complained until today. Recently purchased the Rockport Eureka mens shoe. I only wore the shoes twice when the sole separated from the main part of the shoe. When calling customer service said they would not warranty shoes because the shoes were purchased from Amazon and not directly from Rockport. Amazon says contact Rockport and Rockport says contact Amazon. The old blame game. Rockport definitely lost me as a customer for good.

Rockport sent me shoes that were 2 sizes bigger than what was on the tag. The return process is terrible plus they will not refund the shipping costs even though this is their mistake. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The only reason I gave this 1 star is because I cannot give it negative stars.
