My order arrived as specified and sooner than predicted. I am very pleased with the quality and ease of ordering.

I ordered a cushion and received a “ shipping notification “. I didn’t receive my order so I called 2x, emailed 4x and NO RESPONSE. Buyer beware. Very frustrating

It came much quicker than we believed. We couldn’t figure out what it was and kept checking the label making sure it was really for us and not a delivery error. The cushion looks great, the color is perfect. We are extremely pleased.

Have not received product. It's been extra long. I emailed asking what up. Got no reply. I have no tracking info? What's up with my order?

The product came in a reasonable amount of time, actually quicker than I expected. The length and width were fine. The only two concerns i had with the cushions, is they were rolled opposite of what they should of have been and then because of that, strong wrinkles were put on the side that shows. Creating the unsightly undesirable wrinkled apearence, which is permanently in the side that shows. The second problem I have with them is the ribbon that was sown around the rim of the cushion is not one color it instead has a cross section of both colors which gives it a bad appearence as well. But i had never ordered before and there no pictures of how the ribbon would be cut. If it was cut the other way it would been a solid red or white color and it would have looked nice. Other than those two things they do fit as promised. The vacuum process destroys the vintage look I was wanting, with the permanent wrinkles. But does appear to be a well made product and does appear the sewing was top notch.

Never received order

I tried communicating in email twice and there was no response. I called and no answer. I got an email with the subject saying it was shipped but it was not yet produced. Communication with this company is not good. I have not yet heard anything other than this review question. And, they are not up front about what country is making your cushions. I would not have ordered knowing it would take so long.
