I had the opportunity to work with Jake, he is very knowledgeable and personable. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and answered all my questions even nights and weekends when I had the time to touch base with him. He was very accessible and kept our communication open via Text, email and phone. I got samples dropped off at my home to make my selection. We selected Desert Rose. Even though we had rain coming, he coordinated with his team when we had no rain to install my roof. His team was at my home early on time as he had told me at 7 am and they were a big team and worked thought the day finishing the project on early. What I loved was Jakes talent to work with his drone to take a plethora of pictures throughout the time the roof was being installed. He sent me a live link for me to look at the process. That was very cool! His team was very professional and left my property as it was when they came in. They cleaned after themselves very well. I totally recommend RoofsOnly. Jake is right on point.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a major hail storm come through and needed to replace our roof, and I honestly couldn’t be happier that we found Jake Mullin, owner of RoofsOnly. Jake was absolutely fantastic to work with from beginning to end. He handled so much of the process for us, including coordinating with the insurance adjusters, insurance representatives, and everyone else involved. What could have been a very stressful experience was made so much easier because Jake was always there to answer questions, address our concerns, and keep us informed. He was incredibly kind, professional, responsive, and honest throughout the entire process. You could tell that he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure we were completely satisfied—not just getting the job done and moving on to the next customer. The quality of the finished roof was excellent, and Jake made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you’re in Central Texas and need a roof repair or replacement, I would 100% recommend Jake and RoofsOnly. I wouldn’t use anyone else. It’s rare to find someone who combines great workmanship with this level of customer service. Thank you, Jake, for taking such great care of our home and making a difficult situation so much easier! 🏠👏

The quality of the work was excellent, and we really appreciated their attention to detail and communication throughout the project. I would absolutely recommend RoofsOnly.com to anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofing company. Great experience all around!

Jake & his crew are THE BEST!!! From the initial contact till the final clean up the entire process of old shingle removal, damaged areas repaired, new shingles installed, all new gutters replaced the experience was done as promised & to my satisfaction. If ever needed again I'd call RoofsOnly first.

From start to finish, the roof repair experience with RoofsOnly was top notch! The schedule and estimation process was seamless with Jake followed by an excellent roofing team led by Rogelio that identified and corrected an unforeseen issue in addition to the known work! Jenny followed up with full documentation which was most appreciated. Pricing was fair, transparent and agreed to up front.

Jake and his team did an outstanding job! If you want great service and professionalism hire Roofsonly.com.

Roofsonly was extremely helpful in repairing our roof during a very difficult time. I have a cement tile big barrel roof which had a leak and damaged my ceiling drywall. Jake and his team came out and located the damaged area, repaired it in a timely manner, and at a very reasonable price. My home is 14 yrs old so the big barrel tile was discontinued, but Jake and his team were able to go above and beyond and locate the replacement tile required to complete the project. Thank you for your hard work and commitment!

Jake and the team did a fantastic job with the roof inspection and replacement. They were very quick to respond and they provided comprehensive videos of the roof every step of the way. Highly recommend.
