I honestly can’t say enough good things about Roomongo. I was initially hesitant to use them, but I’m so glad my boyfriend and I decided to go with them. From the very beginning, when we thought we were going to have the trip we had planned, all the way through when we unfortunately got into a serious accident and were no longer able to go, Roomongo was there for us. They handled everything with so much care, kept us updated every step of the way, and genuinely advocated for both of us during a time when we were overwhelmed and didn’t really know what to do. Ultimately, they were able to get us a refund, which we were incredibly grateful for, but what stood out to me most wasn’t even the refund it was the way they treated us throughout the entire situation. They never made us feel like we were just another booking or another customer. They were understanding, compassionate, and really made us know that there were real people on the other side who understood that sometimes life happens and things don’t go according to plan. After everything we went through, having that kind of support meant more to me than I can really put into words. If I hadn’t chosen Roomongo, I genuinely don’t know what I would have done during such a desperate and difficult time. I would absolutely recommend Roomongo to anyone planning a trip. I went into this feeling hesitant, and I’m leaving the experience incredibly grateful that we chose them. Thank you to the entire Roomongo team for caring about us, advocating for us, and being there when we needed it most.

I was honestly hesitant to book at first because the price for Hotel Xcaret was so much cheaper than anywhere else, I wasn’t sure if it was legit! 😅 But Patrick was incredibly responsive, helpful, and reassuring throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident about booking. Everything went smoothly, and I’m so glad I took the chance. I would definitely book with Patrick again in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Patrick Went Above and Beyond As a first time Roomongo user, I was in the process of booking a very expensive vacation to Hotel Xcaret Arte in Mexico, so naturally I had a lot of questions before committing to such a large purchase. I called the phone number on their website and I was expecting an automated menu to have me choose an option for my request but no. Someone immediately picked up the phone and was ready to help. I was then transferred to Patrick which was the best that could’ve happened to me. From the moment Patrick answered the phone, he was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Instead, he took the time to answer every single question I had in detail and made sure I fully understood the booking process from beginning to end. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about finding solutions instead of simply making a sale. I explained that one of my credit cards didn’t have a high enough credit limit for the full reservation, but I wanted to use it because I had a significant amount of travel rewards saved up on that specific credit card. Rather than telling me there was nothing he could do, Patrick found a creative solution that allowed me to split the payment. He even provided a special code to make the transaction work exactly how I needed it to. That level of effort completely exceeded my expectations. He also took the time to explain what would happen after I completed the booking, including how the reservation would be processed with Hotel Xcaret and what I should expect throughout the confirmation process. Knowing exactly what to expect gave me a tremendous amount of confidence and peace of mind. After our conversation, Patrick even followed up with a text message summarizing everything we discussed so I had the information in writing. That attention to detail meant a lot and showed he truly cared about providing excellent customer service. In a time where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Patrick reminded me what it looks like when someone genuinely takes pride in their work. His patience, professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a stressful booking experience into an easy and enjoyable one. If this is the level of customer service Roomongo strives for, they are doing something right. Patrick is an incredible asset to the company, and I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you again Patrick, for making this experience such a positive one. Booked our 2nd trip using Roomongo. We stayed at the Grand Moon Palace Cancun for our baby moon. There was a small hiccup at check in but Patrick was on top of it within minutes. He was so responsive and helpful. We will always book our resort stays with him going forward !

So happy that i came across Roomongo! I booked an all-inclusive resort for 12 nights a couple of days ago,and Roomongo saved me 20% of what the resort was charging The communication has been great! The following day I recieved notifications from both the resort and Roomongo with conformation number. Also to my suprise, i recieved a refund on a price drop. They track price drops. I have never had that before from a travel agency. Thanks Roomongo! Your reviews are great and i feel confident all will go well on check in day. Rolf W.

I was hesitant to use Roomongo because I had never heard of it, and my reservation was a LOT of money. Of course I had an issue with the payment of my booking, but the support I received was fantastic - by the time I woke up, everything was resolved and the communication I received from Patrick was incredibly warm and friendly. I even ended up booking an additional night afterwards. Additionally, I received an automatic refund with their automated price drop detection feature. I think it’s incredible that this is offered, and it is unexpected. I would certainly tell EVERYONE to consider booking through Roomongo if they can.
