I have used several different pet sitters with Rover and they all have made me feel very comfortable about leaving my dogs.

I was very happy with my sitter but I found the Rover mobile app confusing. I would get booted out and often could not get back in. I was almost late picking up Brandy because the app would not let me back in to make contact with my sitter. If not for that I would give a much better review

The ease of booking, paying and communicating with the sitter

I like reviewing the profiles before trusting a caregiver for my dog. The first caretaker was unavailable, b ut the 2nd served our needs, perfectly.

I’ve used Rover.com twice now and both experiences were great. The caregivers treated my dog like one of their own and made sure I was kept informed with texts and pictures. I will continue to use them.

Booking a sitter is very easy on the app. I have two favorites and alternate between them. Both love my pets and are very patient with their antics.

We are so glad to have a resource like Rover. It has helped us so much when we travel with our babies and need some where to have them spend a day. Thank you very much Rover!

She did well with the cats but I found some rolled Pennie’s missing from a drawer in my bedroom a day or so after returning home. I will never hire her again.
