I think the site is good except I don't think you should a tip. I was very pleased with the care my dog received. However, I would have liked to have given a gift other than money but felt obliged to leave a tip. I feel you should remove it from your site.

Customer service helped me with a problem with the person watching my dog. They listened to me and understood the situation well. I think the person was a scammer trying to sue anyone he could. Rover’s customer service not only refunded me but they kept a customer who will be more decerning when picking a better person to watch my dog next time.

Going on a trip and sitter last minute told me couldn’t do it. Rover wasn’t really helpful in finding an alternative and had to find someone on Facebook.
