It was so simple to find a dog sitter to meet our needs, very close by and available at short notice. The online portal was streamlined, easy to navigate, and made the whole exchange simple and safe. Using Rover gave me so much peace of mind, and I (as well as my dog) was so happy with the whole experience. I will definitely be using Rover (and my new dog sitter) again!

I have been using Rover many times each year for the last 6 years and have no issues. Plenty of sitter options so you pick one you like. All sorts of price points. No plans, ever, not to use Rover.

Easy app to navigate, helpful search options, straightforward booking process and, most importantly, wonderful sitters.

Rover has the potential to be a pet owner's best friend. But it is not user friendly. I need urgent care for a dog and and so I am trying to contact as many dog sitters as possible. The website has now stopped me from contacting any other sitters for 2 days, due to contacting a few people already. This is useless considering that I need care now, and so of course I am messaging as many sitters as possible. Also, once you send a message with your dates and times, you have to manually create another brand new request from scratch for every other sitter you contact. It should just enable you to send the same information out there to whoever you want. Very frustrating
