Very nice experience
Eduardo was very nice the communication was easy and he sent me pictures about my little dogs. I was a little scary but my experience has been amazing and i absolutely recomend rover and eduardo

I filed a complaint about a pet sitter
I filed a complaint about a pet sitter, Alicia H. due to poor care and borderline neglect of my pets. I filed it in October. This is January and my complaint was never addressed. Rover has no customer service environment

Great communication facilitator
Great site and app that expertly facilitate communication between owners and sitters. Allowed me to find a sitter on NYE with 2 days notice. Perfect.

Beau’s stay
Beau was well taken care of and Norma and Kane were great about updating us about his stay. They also sent pics of him playing with their dogs. It made our vacation more enjoyable knowing he was in good hands.
