Maybe not all, but their people are not reliable
Nobody that I ever worked with through Rover has been reliable. I will not use them again.

I have ysobel housesit for me
I have ysobel housesit for me. She took excellent care of my dog really cared about my dog's welfare I would use her again if I ever need a house sitter

Unreliable sitters
Rover seriously needs to do a better job vetting their sitters. We booked a sitter to watch our pets, confirmed everything, and then on the DAY we left — after we had already left the house — she cancelled. This left us scrambling to find last-minute care for our pets while we were already away. Completely unacceptable and incredibly stressful. I would not rely on this company for something as important as caring for pets.

Great cat care
Our cat carer is very reliable. She keeps the cat's areas clean and takes special care with our cat who has a medical problem.

It was great and easy to navigate
It was great and easy to navigate. The people I was referred to were really nice. Took care of our pup, like she was there own. Rover.com is a great service for pet owners. The price is economical and like I said earlier they have great people. I would gladly refer them to family and friends.
