If I could rate them 0, I would. I recommend everyone to do their due diligence before even thinking of using this company. It took them over 18 months to do a repair on my master bathroom. After a multitude of negligent issues, fired subs and failed permits over the course of time now I have cracked floors, shower walls that are failing, shower doors that have gave way. After a 3rd party inspector, hired by a 3rd party, stating it is workmanship problem, they are denying any course of action to fix their problem. An attorney visit is next.

Absolute rubbish people who have no respect for the public. Nuff said.

Their interactions with members of the public have been unprofessional and, frankly, intimidating. The company’s leadership seems more interested in bullying tactics than respectful service, which says a lot about their values. If this is how they treat the general public, I can only imagine the challenges faced by their employees and partners. It’s troubling to see a company operate this way, and I’d caution others to think twice before engaging with them. Respect and professionalism should be a given, not an afterthought.
