I worked with Toby, and she was one of the best sales reps I have ever worked with! She let me go through lots of revisions and was super patient with me! The shipment came on two separate days- one was everything except for our hood. Both times, the men were super helpful and rolled the palets into my garage no problem. We hade everything in under 2 weeks. When we were assembling our kitchen, I learned we needed a few more filler pieces and trim. I went to order that online and noticed the hefty shipping/freight fee and reached out to Toby and she was able to send me a different invoice with a MUCH lower cost, so that was super helpful! I will 100% recommend this company to people and be using them again!

Sample doors came very quickly. Sadly, they were all the same color. I didn't gather that from the website, but that's how it goes.

Solid wood kitchen cabinets? No! You sent me pressed wood fiber doors and drawer fronts. How long until they swell from moisture? I asked for solid wood and you let me down. The cheap veneer inside the cabinets already had two spots where it was torn away. Smaller than a dime- but I paid over a thousand dollars for two boxes! I chose to assemble it myself. The drawer slide wasn't long enough to reach the cabinet rear. I had to add a 3/4 inch block to make it work. I'm so disappointed! "Ready-to-assemble" as long as you already know how to build!

Awesome process and the free design was perfect!

I had a bad experience locally with a kitchen designer who was not responsive. A friend saw my frustration and suggested I try ordering my cabinets online since I already knew how I wanted to rearrange the kitchen after I removed a wall. I blindly found RTA Wood Cabinets online and really lucked out with Aliza. I gave her the dimensions I had given the other designer and Aliza found those dimensions not to be accurate and she was right on every count. She was also supportive of my desire to do black cabinets. She was responsive and supportive! Although the whole order was just two 42" wall cabinets, a sink base and two 36" drawer banks, Aliza treated me like I was her only customer. I can't say enough about the quality of these cabinets - they are stunning, extremely well made and I have to say Cambodia grows beautiful wood! My installer repeatedly said they were easy to assemble and a quality cabinet. The kitchen is stunning.

I had a very disappointing experience with RTA Wood Cabinets and JSI Cabinetry and would not recommend them based on my horrific experience. I placed my order on June 29 with an expected delivery date of July 17. However, the manufacturer did not even ship the order until July 16. It became clear that RTA and the manufacturer, JSI, had not effectively communicated customer expectations or the project timeline. When I tried to hold RTA accountable for the delays, instead of receiving helpful customer service, I was yelled at and was told I would need to pay approximately $1,000 for private delivery if I wanted to resolve the situation more quickly. The problems did not end there. My project was delayed by weeks, items were missing from the order, and design decisions were made without consulting me as the customer. To add insult to injury, the manufacturer would not ship the missing items when asked due to operational barriers. For a significant home investment, I expected much better communication, organization, professionalism, and attention to detail. The entire experience was unnecessarily stressful, frustrating, and ruined invaluable time with family. Based on what I experienced, I would not use RTA Wood Cabinets or JSI again. If you value clear communication, reliable timelines, good customer service, and peace of mind when making a major investment in your home, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Solid Cabinets. I have never done these before, and I was impressed with the quality. Toby was incredibly helpful, and they were always quick to respond. The instructions were not good. You need to know what you are doing. These are not for the true novice. I feel they downplayed what it took to make them solid. These need glue and a brad or staple nailer to attach backs to the sides. Do this and they come out great!!

Although we have not received our cabinets yet, Esty, our salesperson, has made our experience fantastic! Like most people, my cabinet acumen is minimal but Esty has explained everything to us and has provided us with the confidence to make our purchase. We provided her with our measurements and pictures and she made the necessary adjustments and provided us with pictures and plans that allow us to visualize what it should look like. Hopefully when we get our cabinets installation will go as smoothly as the planning process. Thank you Esty!
