I am very satisfied with the consultation, pick up, delivery, quality of work and price of Rudy’s service. The team members who came to my house were professional, personable hard working and proficient. They helped me decide which of my rugs were worth cleaning and which ones were not and why. The turn around was prompt. I can’t tell you how enjoyable it is to have clean, bright rugs all through my house again. Rudy’s service was excellent; a local business I highly recommend.

Great Experience
We had three wool rugs cleaned, one had not been cleaned since it was purchased over 40 years ago! The entire process was easy and the results were outstanding. Staff called to confirm my online order and gave me the exact cost for my three rugs. Pickup went smoothly, on time, and staff was professiomal. They were able to deliver earlier than originally planned. On time and the rugs looked great! Highly recommend.

Doesn’t even looked like it was cleaned. Wasted my money. Very disappointed

Hi Karen, We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the results of your rug cleaning. We reviewed your order with our team and confirmed that your rug went through our cleaning process. Unfortunately, your rug had significant matting in its thick, high-pile fibers. This type of matting can be permanent and cannot always be reversed through cleaning. Additionally, tightly matted fibers can trap dirt and debris deep within the rug, making complete removal difficult even with thorough dusting and washing. We strive to set clear, realistic expectations for every rug before cleaning, including discussing any existing conditions that may limit the results. While we always aim to achieve the best possible outcome, certain types of wear and matting cannot be corrected through cleaning alone. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the results did not meet your expectations. Best, The Rudy's Rug Cleaning Team
