Good service. Communication good
This was my first time using RugPal. The price was very competitive so I decided to give it a try. Good site, easy shopping experience. However, it took a week for my item to ship. Not something I'm used to in today's eCommerce world. Other than a bit slower than normal shipping for a simple item, I have no complaints. thanks

Good experience and great prices.
After shopping around for a particular rug on several other websites I came across it on RugPal at a much better price. I am excited to receive my rugs in a few days.

Rug delivered as ordered. Very Happy with it.
We recently purchased the Kas Oriental Syriana Tapestry Rug. It took a few days to arrive, but we're very pleased with the rug now it is here. Good quality.
