I had been searching the Internet for a particular rug (on sale) for a few months, with no success. Suddenly the other day, I found Rugpal.com online through the Google search engine....and there was my rug, not only on sale but WAY less than I could ever get it anywhere else!! I saved a ton. Now, a week later, here I sit in my living room with my new rug 😊 And I'm super happy. I would definitely definitely shop here again! I had never heard of them before this, but they have awesome deals on name brand rugs, and once they shipped my order it took only 1-2 days to arrive.

too long for delivery and no communication regarding purchase. I had to contact to find out what the story was. They were pleasant and timely but I wish I didn't have to call to find out what was going on.

I ordered a rug for 1/4 the price on amazon, better price same product....I am very satisfied I received the rug yesterday and it's beautiful! I will definitely use you again!

I was so pleased with the quality of my faux fur shag rug. The color is also perfect (expresso). This rug is the perfect size and so soft. Highly recommend!!

fedex lost one of the rugs but when I contacted rug pal they did a great job of putting another rug on hold for me if fedex couldn't find the package. answered any questions quickly the rugs are the best price I could find anywhere. I received everything quickly and in great condition, extremely pleased with their service, communication and customer service. it felt like I was ordering in a store instead of online.

Found a rug I really liked and it was a great price for the size. Customer service was very quick to respond and help as well. Looks like it will be fast shipping as well. I'd definitely buy another rug from them.
