I ordered a rug It is not the right color and does not look like the pic
I never received the rug pad and I do not like the rug. I have no idea how to return it.

Very satisfied with a great business!
It was very easy to order, it took a few minutes. Rug came in 2-3 days with free delivery. It is beautiful quality rug. Although I do not like your web site. I had a problem searching for other rugs.

Nice Rug
Rug was slow in getting shipped (it took over a week to go to UPS) but rug was packaged well and it quickly got to my house after it was shipped. Customer service was helpful in answering my questions.

Easy to compare and order
It was pretty easy to browse through the selection and the loads of discounts sealed the deal for me.

very difficult to access order status - did not return request for phone.
I have not as yet received the rug I purchased so cannot speak to that aspect. The RugPal site, specifically the order status, is difficult to access because it shows information about other rugs but not my information. They need to figure out to share information requested. Also I left two messages requesting a return phone call and did not hear from them. I only hope that the rug purchased makes up for their business practices.

Great and Easy Ordering
RugPal had amazing deals, and even offer customer coupons right on the site. I would most definitely order from them again.
