So far I have enjoyed Rula. I took away 1 star just because when I first started I was able to make an appointment with someone who wasn’t taking new patients after looking and deciding on the person to reach out too. Then when they emailed me and suggested other therapist some of them also weren’t taking new patients.

Therapist was very personable, relatable. Understanding and was very neutral. She was attentive, we both felt heard and I love the assignments we were given at the end of each session. Kind of like home work. She is passionate about what she does many time de went over our time without realizing it.

The psychologist appears to be knowledgeable about my medical condition, and so far her personality seems to be a good fit for me.

I think it has been going pretty well. The website is pretty easy to navigate. You can book your appointments yourself, or after the session with your therapist.

My provider is great! I don’t like the 24hr cancelation rule where you get charged $99 if you have to reschedule or cancel. I understand why it is there, but also, when you have multiple providers (rula and external med dr) sometimes appointments do get confused and a little grace (1 time exception or something) would be nice... especially if you are self pay. I dont like having to use 10 (exaggeration) emails to get into my account... why isn't there just an app that uses 2 factor authentication?
