My experience has been great

I like my therapist. I gave it 4 stars because I think that we should receive the appointment reminder email with the reschedule/cancel option 2 days prior to the meeting not 20 hrs before. That’s too late to cancel w/o penalty.

Overall my experiences with Rula have been positive, but the interface doesn't always function for each provider we have as our care team.

My therapist, Antoine, is amazing! The only reason I did not give a 5 is because Rula itself struggles with being responsive when one calls the line for operational/billing issues.

Compassionate & Honest Therapist who uses faith to help understand the issues that I have and gives me the tools to help me face and deal with them head-on.

Jodi is awesome. Great listener. I would like to lrn about other forms of therapy, such as trauma
