Rula allows individuals to control their own healing journey by providing a website that is user friendly, their services can be covered by many different insurances, and filter options are available when searching for your right therapist. Whether you like in-person care or virtual, they allow the user to select their preferible method. If any issues arise, their representatives will answer quickly while being friendly and very helpful.

The patient portal is not the easiest to navigate your appointments unless you already have scheduled ones. I’ve also had the bad experience of being charged a no show fee although I rescheduled my appointment well over 48 hours in advance. I emailed customer service and provided proof that it was an error on their system versus me not showing up to the original appointment and while they did eventually refund me, they made it seem as if they were doing me a favor. That was not the best customer service I’ve received. The therapist selection however is great and the therapist I am working with have been great too. The therapist search feature needs to improve as well because it’s not the smoothest to navigate.
