Everything seems to be going smoothly. Zoom call is easy, my therapist and I have connected, at this time rula seems to be working for me.

My favorite part of Rula was the ease of finding a new therapist. In just a few clicks you can get scheduled and everything is extremely streamlined.

I have a good rapport with my therapist and I look forward to each session.

Learning self love

I am finding everything very helpful. The one thing I don't like is that I can't just log into the Rula dashboard. I have to get an email every time to then log in.

Finding a good therapist of the bat was one good point, Lots of choices to consider. I am new to therapy and it is a trial when you realize you and your therapist are both growing from our interactions, there is a learning there, empathy and encouragement to really explore and question that lead to finding ground and as you put the effort in the direction and momentum to keep going.

My therapist seems to be very understanding and gives positive advice.
