My experience has been good

Good communication. Video quality, otification before appointments etc

There were some issues originally in the beginning getting it to work for me. But, things are much better now. I really like it now.

Pretty easy to access, but sometimes had problems logging in.

Customer service and therapists are awesome! Very professional and attentive, however, the computerized system made me rate lower. I do not like how the system automatically schedules you and will not let you cancel then reschedule. You are forced to call in. What's the point of the system if you have yo call in. It needs improvement.

My therapist is great. She hears me and is very helpful. I would give Rula 5 stars but their system of being able to get a hold of my therapist is tedious at best. It is time consuming and a waist of time.
