My therapist is very helpful. I do like her a lot and listens. She assist what will work for me. However,I do not like the billing process. I sometimes paying two to three times a month or feels like that. I wish I would get a bill once a month like normal business practice.

It was very difficult at first to be able to get scheduled and attached to a therapist because of not being able to transfer my United healthcare insurance card. The person that I was originally supposed to hook up with canceled the second appointment when I was unable to hook up with her the first time and cancel it from then on and so did I. That's the reason I only gave a four star instead of a five star. I would have given a five-star if it was pertaining to my therapist that I finally got. She is amazing. I don't think I'm supposed to give her name so I'm not going to. I am glad I found her and will continue to be with her as long as we are on the same page and I think that will be for a long time.

My first counselor booked did not show up to the meeting and then when I called for support, it took 30 minutes for them to find out and get back to me why this happened My second counselor has been amazing and consistent however.

Rula is a decent service, but I have suggestions for improvement: 1. It's annoying to need another link sent via email in order to login; rather than getting a one-time code texted or having a login password or pin. 2. Additionally, I think the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 should be sent every other week instead of every week; and the questions about alcohol are clinically insignificant the way that they are written.
