Communication was iffy, I did not receive an e-mail with my shipping information. I had to send an inquiry to get my tracking number.
Response from RUSEEN Reflective Apparel LLC· Oct 9, 2018
Hi Brian, Sorry for the tough communication, we have been having connection issues with Stamps.com who we use to send out tracking numbers. We did not realize that some emails were not going out until recently. However we are currently in the process of fixing this issue. We hope you can forgive us! :D - RUSEEN Team

I have about 5 different running shirts from RUSEEN. I feel so safe running on the road with them. I reached out to them about designing a custom tank top for my marathon. Their response was so quick and I love the design and love that I could customize it!
