Every purchase at Rustic Pathways comes with a commitment to a local community, to a significant amount of prior planning with villages, service organizations, and small businesses that support and facilitate the life-changing experiences we provide. While we're not offering refunds, we are ensuring every family is able to make use of their full voucher value by waiving any change or cancellation fees, and developing new programming to address known limitations (such as ensuring we offer trips for this year's graduated seniors). Since this post was created, we have found an amicable agreement and we are hoping that your feelings toward Rustic Pathways have improved!

I’ve reviewed our communications from that time period and it looks like we were able to come to an amicable resolution. Kanan - We're sorry about this frustration. We're dealing with a large volume of families as we sort out the impact of COVID-19 on planned travel. However, we aim to get back in touch with callers as quickly as possible. Since this post was created, we have found an amicable agreement in the form of a Travel Voucher and we are hoping that your feelings toward Rustic Pathways have improved!
