Didn't pay for marketing work. Murial left unpaid

Wonderfully attentive and accomodating during the sales pitch. But I was really shocked to find when the board arrived that it had just been thrown in a box with minimal care and no packaging. Of course, it got damaged in transit. And miraculously, all of a sudden Rusty are no longer friendly and contactable. I really expected much better from a company that is so... visible. I've received many boards via shipping and usually they've always had the utmost care taken to protect them, so this was a.... Different.... Experience. It's tarnished the brand for me.

Good customer service and shipping was quick for the distance the board was traveling. Happy with my purchase and hope to order more soon.
