This is only day 2 which is why I won’t yet give a higher rating! But everything I have read here, makes sense. Some of the information is new and some is not, rather ignored for too long, but this course (so far!) makes sense!

I appreciate the clear explanations of what is necessary to calm our nervous systems.

I spend a lot of time working on my nervous system, and activating my parasympathetic system. I like the way it is included in this program. I like the easy, practical daily tips to aid in recovery.

I signed up for what I thought was a running program. Now I see that cancellation is not possible through the membership page. Not what I signed up for.

If there was a no star option I would have selected that. During my sign up process and checkout an offer for an add on appeared. Before I could select decline the screen refreshed and immediately charged me another 19.99 as I was authenticated with my PayPal to pay for the original selection. When I reported this issue I received a very condescending reply that their database showed I clicked it. Too bad so sad, no refund. Atrocious customer service.
