2 months ago. I saw rv depots ad on face book on owner finnace. It was great pick out your down payment and payment plan and you get to look at what you ate aproved on. I found my trailer. Scheduled an appointment to pick it up. This where it got so wrong. I called that i was on my way to pick up the trialer. I'm 4 hours away. So that makes it 8 to 10 hour day. When i got there in the morning i was the first one in. The girl at the desk said have a seat and help yourself to some water. There was none. The cleaning lady had to get us water. Then a lady came out and took us to my new trailer. I was so excited. Then as i was getting closer something very wrong. The was a young guy with a clip board ready to check me off As i was walking around the trailer. Alot of things where missing off the trailer. Lookied like the used it for parts for another trailer. Me and my buddy that was 70 years old looked at me and said this is wrong we traved 4 hours to get here. This was what was missing. 1. Propane and battery covers, 2. Spare tire 3. The caps the hold the sewer hose in. Then i went back in and asked to speak to a manager. So, me and the lady went to the trailer so i could show her the issues. While walking around the trailer i noticed insulation under the trailr on the ground. I went to look at it. It was ripped like the one who was towing it hit something and kept going. The lady said we can fix it. So, we waited an hour. Then i went out side to see if things where getting fixed. I went under the trailer. All they did was put tape on it like a bandage???? So i went back inside again and asked to speak to a general manger. No show, another girl with a trainee.. Came out. She said we would have to wait another 3 hours to get it fixed or we can show you another trailer. At this time we were held hostege??? And did not have a choise. So we waited again??? Then another lady comes out.. All different ladys each time.. So, she took me to look at a trailer. We got on the golf cart and drove to a trailer that look like worse than anything on the lot. It seem that did on purpose. This was so wrong and loss off time. I was insulted. So, i just said fix it. Nobody wanted to talk ownership on there mistaks. Never came out to ask if we need anything. I need a sway bar attachment for the tralier. Nobody helped us. Then at 5pm when they are closing up and all the employees were leaving. They just fast pushing the paperwork real fast, did not offer me any exten. Warrinty??? By this time both me and my buddy was so frustrated and tried. We wanted to just get my trailer and leave We did not get home until 1am. This was the worst experince ive been in. I spent alot of time and money and got treated so wrong on all levels. So, then i started to travel to Ms to visit my daughter and grandchildren. Started to hook everything up. The shower was leaking. I called rv depot to check my warranty. The lady told me that i had to bring it in??? I was never told that. Again...pushed through the sale. I was on my own. So, i called an rv guy. Which costed me 100 for him to come out. He told me that it was inturnal and the shower need to come out. That would be 150 an hour plus parts. This was crazy when i just bought it. So, i called rv depot back again explaining my issue. They told me that there is nothing they could do and good luck. Very poor customer service. I would not buy anything from them. DO NOT, THEY WILL TREAT YOU SO WRONG. IF YOU DO CHECK EVERYTHING.

R V depot, is to be avoided at all costs! DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN!! Unfortunately, we read all of the bad reviews AFTER we had placed a deposit with them for a unit that we were thinking of getting. It seems they do not understand the meaning of deposit. They claim that our deposit is unrefundable. And that all sales are final, however we never made a purchase so there was never a sale. We used an outside inspector and for various reasons, not all of them from the inspector we realized that this unit was not a good one. We let them know immediately that we rejected the unit. So they would not spend any time working on it. We were told that although they had our information for the deposit, nothing would be I processed until we gave the okay. Unfortunately, we did not get that in writing. It was only the word of the salesman, Mike. We have asked for our deposit back and have been told that it is unrefundable, and we would not be getting it back.

My experience with RV Depot has been extremely disappointed. Shortly after purchasing my RV, I discovered several significant issues, including plumbing problems, electrical issues, and slide-out doors that do not close properly. These problems were not disclosed to me before the sale. As a customer, I expected honesty, transparency, and support after the sale. I have requested mediation to resolve this matter fairly, and I am pursuing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

I could tell from the beginning on how the salesman talked to me that these guys were no good, and were very pushy on trying to get me to put a deposit. I was talked to in a very non professional way, like I was their buddy. Good thing I listened to my gut, and checked RV Depot out. And sure enough one bad review after another. Check out their complaints on the BBB site. And don't believe all the positive reviews on their website. From what I found out most of those reviews are paid reviews or employee posted reviews. Run away from this place!

These people are scammers. They tried to represent a camper that was in good shape with no issues upon arrival. It was plainly misleading according to the sales post I saw in the product I saw in person. I discovered that they had pulled and replaced the wall that no longer matched, and that the rear lower panels on the outside were completely water damaged, and you could clearly feel the inside of the panels were rotten when you touch them and pushed on them. It was pretty clear that they had backed it into something or head back something into it. The AC did not work properly by any means and the trailer itself was overall dirty inside and out don’t do business here they’re just to take your money. They owe me a refund and refuse they refuse to do anything about it

Please stay away from this scam dealer. They advertise as serviced and inspected. Not true. They will also try to scam you into leaving a deposit without any written purchase agreements that you will not get back.
