Even with regular shipping, the item I purchased showed up within a couple of days.

The AC unit I ordered arrived much faster then I thought. The box was in good condition, however, the delivery driver stored the box on its nose despite the label clearly indicating to store it "This side up". I haven't the unit installed yet and hope it will work.

I am rating this at one star because my new air conditioner that was shipped to me was damaged. I have reached out to RV Parts Country About this with no response on how to return the damaged unit and now you want me to rate how my experience was? You tell me that you are experiencing high volume in customer service and for me to be patient! I don’t understand this. I want to return this unit for a different one.

Pros: 1 - Their prices are good. 2 - They get you the items pretty quickly. Cons: 1 - Calling their number gets you to a recorded response with automatic hang up! 2 - No direct way to talk to someone concerning your order. 3 - Their ticketing system is a joke.
